[cobalt-developers] Pop before SMTP on RAQ3

Is there a reason the POP before SMTP patch isnt on the FTP servers anymore?
I installed all the upgrades and now my "relaying denied" message is coming
up again.  If I find this package, is it Ok to install over the upgrades?

Anyone know where I can find it? I think it might be my problem since my
domains are listed in the relay for these domains in the mail config.
