[cobalt-developers] Relaying Denied

I remember I had this problem before and had it fixed.. Then I started
upgrading my Raq 3 with the new updates.. Pop Authenticated Relay Release
1.2 seemed to mess with my relaying again.. Can someone please tell me how
to fix?

here is the error I am getting

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'JDARPA@xxxxxxx'. Subject
'Ttes', Account: 'mail.youreztour.com', Server: 'mail.youreztour.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 <JDARPA@xxxxxxx>... Relaying denied.
Please check your mail first.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error:
550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79
