I never used netsol, also, I never heard of having to "Also you will have to
register your
host name with Internic as HOST."
If you are the owner of a domain, in this case, fijivillage.com, you may make
this domain the 'host' for your nameservers, by (1) getting ns.fijivillage.com
and ns2.fijivillage.com DNS records in order,
(2) going to your registrar and change the nameservers from whatever they
originally were to ns.fijivillage.com and ns2.fijivillage.com
(3) wait about 12 hours and it should work!
