Was the "Thats the trick." statement meaning that you have solved your problem, or do you still have it? One thing I noticed with
my Raq3 is that sometimes when I make a DNS change with a shared site it takes a while for the change to actually work. Maybe you
just need to give it 24 hrs or so and see if it works then.
