Hello,

I am trying to run servlets on our RaQ 3.  I have installed jdk 1.3 and jsdk 
2.0, along with the jre 1.2 that came installed with the system.  When I try 
to compile my servlet, I get the following errors:

/path_to_jdk1.3/i386/native_threads/javac: error in loading shared 
libraries: /path_to_jdk1.3/jre/lib/i386/native_threads/libhpi.so: symbol 
sem_init, version GLIBC_2.1 not defined in file libpthread.so.0 with link 
time reference

We have a development server here that runs on RedHat Linux 6.1.  The 
servlet compiled and worked correctly on this machine (same java installs) 
and it has glibc-2.1.2.

What do I need to do to make this work?  Install another version of jdk, 
install newer glibc?  I'm not sure if glibc is a Linux or Java issue, so any 
help here is appreciated.
