[cobalt-developers] secondary name server - HELP

I'm having problems with my secondary name server, I have a domain name
registered under ns2.mydomain.com and the DNS settings on my server have an
"A" record for ns2.mydomain.com with it's own IP, but I can't ping the IP or
go to ns.mydomain.com from the web.
please tell me what to do, cobalt is very unhelpful.
