Here's the fix:

/usr/admserv/cgi-bin/.cobalt/dns/index.cgi
~line 560:

-       elsif (($type eq 'secondary') && ($domain =~
/^([\d\.]+)\/(\d+)/))
+       elsif (($type eq 'secondary') && ($domain =~ /^([\d\.]+)/))

This was made by one of the sustaining engineers at Cobalt.  I don't
know whether this is part of the latest package or not.
