Have you filed the request with Cobalt Support? This is an unofficial unsupported list that some Cobalt employees may frequent, but Cobalt Tech Support is not tasked with monitoring or replying to messages here.
Not trying to incite a riot, but I do want to make sure you've gone through the official channels, too. If you've submitted the request to Support it would probably help if you posted the case # here so that one of the wandering Cobalt employees can forward it in for reexamination.
