I see that there is indeed a customer expectation that was not met, leading
to a dissatisfied customer.  This, in and of itself, is worth acknowledging.
I'm sorry that we did not meet that expectation, and I take these
suggestions as such... improvements that can make more customers satisfied.

I'm curious however... can someone point me to an example of another
platform with these features?  This would help me convince our product
managers that it's worth the additional effort to compete more effectively,
and I'm not personally aware of "practically any other platform" having
this.  I sometimes think I'm living in a cardboard box without enough time
to look around and see what all else is out there.
