[cobalt-developers] .htaccess Problem - Please Help

Hi,
I have a Cobalt Raq3i and I am trying to set up a subscription website on it. 
No matter what machine path I designate for the .htpasswd file, the machine 
defaults back to the website's user list and password file. As you know, 
adding subscribers to this list would pose a serious security risk, as they 
would have access to the website's administrative tools. If anyone knows of a 
fix to this problem, please contact me as soon as possible. Any help would be 
greatly appreciated.
