[cobalt-developers] Mailing/Subscription Scripts

Are there any limitations/restrictions on how many e-mails can be sent out
on a mailing using a perl script/sendmail on a RaQ3?
I used a free script called "Subscribe Me" to send out my newsletter (1200)
subscribers and half of the mailing bounced back at the server as
undeliverable or address unknown, etc.
I checked with some of the subscribers and they received the mailing with
no problems, myself included.
It also set off the Active Monitor, indicating a CPU overload.
Is it possible that I could actually have 100's of bad addresses?
Otherwise, can anyone suggest a script that wouldn't overload the server?
Thank you.
Blake
