Boy, can I second that one.

Having become a major Cobalt-Raq-specialist consulting company entirely
by accident we're looking for consultants with any kind of Linux
administration experience who we can train on the RaQ's gui interface.
(I know from experience that's a better method than the other way
around).

We offer two great benefits: good hourly rate, and you can work from
home <smile>.

I've been to every local school and training center. Their placement
directors are always excited and enthusiastic to see me. I tell them
specifically what I'm looking for. They send me lots of resumes. None
of them with any unix or linux experience <sigh>.

About the best I've found so far is an 18-year-old kid who works at
Office Max; he plays with Linux at home. I've begged him to come in for
an interview, but he's scared he's not good enough <frown>.
