You don't.

If it means your job, you go over and turn off the RaQ NOW.  Don't even
wait to do a shutdown; just turn it off.

Then you remove the drive, and set it up on a system that can mount it
read-only.  Then you search the entire drive, byte by byte until you
find the bytes that make up the file; they could be scattered all over
the drive.

And you start reading the employment classifieds.

At your next job you make backups.
