[cobalt-developers] Cannot install HTTPD perl module on Raq3?

Hiya..

I'm trying to get HTTPD-User-Manage-1.54 ona Raq3 and it fails. Has anyone 
managed to get this to install? This is a strange problem as I don't see any 
reports of instal problems in the Perl newsgroup. I think it must be some 
Cobalt issue? Maybe an rpm would install better?
