[cobalt-developers] PHP4.0RC1 as a CGI on RaQ2

I currently have PHP 3.0.x installed on a RaQ2 as an Apache module.  I would
like to install PHP 4.0 as a CGI program, but I want to keep my current PHP
installation intact.  The reason I want to install the CGI version is to be able
to use PHP to run as certain UIDs, which is not possible with the Apache module
version.
