Well, this is a guess, but if you can find the old /etc/rc.d/init.d script that
started postmaster, you can probably add the Cobalt databases to those databases
that it manages.  Once the web ui can connect to the databases, it may be OK. I
can't tell you what that is, though, since I don't have a RAQ3.
