Eric,
We're open on weekends. While I don't know why you're having the
problem you're having, I'm willing to work for you later today (I'm
booked through mid-afternoon) to see if we can get this resolved. I've
got a non-production RaQ3i I can experiment with if necessary.
I'd charge my usually hourly rate; contact me if you're interested,
telephone contact information is below. I'm also sending a copy of this
post privately with my "real" email address in it, as I don't check the
list address as often.
