I thought the Qube had most of this setup. Have you thoroughly read the manual?
Searched the knowledge base http://www.cobalt.com/support/kb/index.php3
i.e. Local IP 192.168.1.1
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0  
Assuming your local computers use 192.168.1.nnn as IP addresses.
