I don't recommend the jserv from /experimental -- there is newer code in ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/developer.
This code is documented in http://developer.cobalt.com/devnet/devtools.html -- which is located within the Cobalt Developer Network. You'll need to sign up for a free membership first.
