Like I said, it will back-end on Oracle I believe, which can run on the
Raq3.

No one in their right mind would keep billing and accounting information
on an Internet connected server, no matter WHAT OS they were running. In
our case, we have our MS-SQL server sitting behind a Linux box which
port-forwards the Radius Auth and Accounting ports (1645 and 1646 I
believe) through to the MS-SQL server.
