I guess I was smart in never telling any of my users they're on a RaQ. We've gone a step further since then...
We don't have any "admin" users on any of our websites. I think that keeps us clean. Instead we make all changes for all our users.
However, I was about to dedicate a box to the Cobalt style interface and try selling it, strictly as a sales-test, to see if people liked it better, if it made our administration easier.
