standard mail alias stuff - set up the users on the 2nd domain with 
whatever login names you want, set up the aliases for them with the 
desired names.

there's no good way to "bulk import" mail account settings per domain, 
especially if the domain you're "copying" from has the desired names as 
the actual user login names, rather than as aliases...
