Just an idea ....
I had a client that was having this problem. The cause was that he had
Outlook checking the email from 3 different computers and all were set to
leave the email on the server for 5 days. He had noticed that he was
getting three copies of each. Then one day one of his computers was off and
he was only getting two. Now with that feature turned off on all except one
computer, he has no more problems.
