Are you hosting the website on BoxA or on BoxB?
Are you hosting the email on BoxA or on BoxB?
Here's what you did:

You need to take out the agrihort.com.au settings from the Host/Domain
aliases. As long as it's there, BoxA will think it's hosting the mail
for the domain, and won't send it on to BoxB.
You should probably take out BoxB from the Relay for the following
Hosts/Domains option as well; boxB will be handling it's own email.
