We blocked (for only an hour or so) a total of two people's ability to
send non-spam email, all last year. We restored their ability to send
email to our servers as soon as they notified us.
(And note that we don't block email to any of our RFC mandated
addresses, from anyone. And we don't block email to our "get off the
blocklist free" from anyone either.)
Dan has already pointed out he didn't block any legitimate user's
ability to send non-spam email.
So what's your point?

Not what s/he wants to receive, but rather what s/he wants to look at
after it's received, sometimes at high expense.
It's easy for you to say that, Jason, with your highspeed connection
that costs only a small percentage of your annual income.
What about people who still pay for downloading spam by the minute or by
the byte? Shouldn't they be allowed to tell us to block spam for them?
