For use (RaQ4) we switch to root su - and then just run meta-verify -sa
Here is a sample output
[root /root]# meta-verify -sa
meta-verify (version 3.0)

Normally if your quotas are messed up, it should come back with something
like this. (I made this up from memory, may be different)
site14 | ERROR IN (quotas)
| DATABASE (200)
| SYSTEM (500)
| <y> - update database info for entry
| <n> - do NOT update database
| update? [yn] n
I think. I don't have any quota issues right now.
Also what I normally do is go into the site that is at issue, reset the size
to what I want, reset the site-admin to the correct value and save. Then I
would run the meta-verify script.
Another option is to correct this in the postgres database, Gerald and Bruce
have howto's but this has seemed to fix my problems as of late.
