It is a raq4r.

As I am the siteadmin, I don't think you can make any others siteadmins 
as well, no? Then there would be that problem you mention that they 
could wreck havoc on the whole site.

I will search on the mambo system.. haven't looked at it yet. You are 
right, this needs to be very simple. Our clerk has some experience with 
wysiwyg web design, but I don't think her staff has any. I guess I was 
going to worry about that after I figured out how to let them in, but 
maybe I should think about it now as well.
