Not easy on a RaQ since the control panel will overwrite the httpd.conf
file.
But what you do is create a virtual site in httpd.conf so apache will
listen on a different port for the site you want to have ssl work for.
Then you tell the world your site URL is, for example:
https://secure.example.org:8443/
instead of just:
https://secure.example.org/
