Dan, I agree with your comment that we should read up on the law on this
one. Your comments are related particularly to US law and may well be
correct there.

I actually live in Australia and would be subject to different law -
likewise each person should consider their own legal situation.

While Australia Post does check for dangerous items, it does not read
peoples mail and determine what they should or should not receive - I guess
we live in a free country here, and we also subscribe the theories of
'presumption of innocence' and 'non discrimination' :)

Its a hot topic, I'm just suggesting caution.
