Jason
If you go to the DNS page on the qube2 click the "add secondary forward
lookup" button.
Enter the domain you want to do secondary for and then the IP address of the
primary DNS server for this domain and click update. You need to do this for
EACH domain you want the qube to act as secondary for.
Make sure you add the secondary nameserver to each domain on the RAQ4 in the
SOA record.
Under the server settings (from the dns drop down list) add your qube ip
address to the "Zone Transfer Access" section, otherwise when the secondary
DNS server requests the Zone info from the primary DNS it will refuse the
transfer requests.
Make sure you save DNS changes on both servers.
You should then have the same zone info on both servers if it worked.
You will see the zone transfer request/acceptance in the logs after you save
the DNS info.
You can also use something like www.dnsreport.com to cheek the zone info is
now transferred to the secondary.
Cheers
Paul.
