I am hoping that someone may have an idea of what our problem is. This
in on our RAQ4. Lately I have been get emails saying that our cpu is
under heavy load or that we are running low on memory. This is not
normal since we do not have a lot running on the server.
Today I had our host do a hard reboot and when the system comes back up
I cannot access "Site Management" It shows an internal server error. I
can access the other menus like control panel and Maintenance.
Also, when I access system status it shows that everything except Disk
Integrity and Network have no information. They say "No information is
available yet. Information is gathered every 15 minutes" And the server
has been up for longer than 15 minutes.
Also, Disk Integrity has a yellow dot and it says that "Server data is
being duplicated to the backup hard drive"
Could this be the reason why I cant access the Site Management screen or
why all the info in System Status is blank? Do I need to wait until the
RAID backup is done?
At first I was thinking we had a Trojan or something but we are running
the Security Package from Solarspeed and it shows it is blocking all
attack attempts and chkrootkit comes back clean.
Thanks for the help.
