[cobalt-users] Strange Behaviour from Raqbackup.sh

  I had the same problem with an earlier version. What it appeared to be 
was a mis-match between the server config and the postgres database.
  I ran the meta-verify.pl script and corrected any errors that were 
detected and the backup script worked fine afterwards (all sites were 
backed up correctly).
