problem solved,
The patch don't duplicate things in proftpd.conf (<virtualhost
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx> is already duplicate in proftpd.conf in my backup one week
before patch) but after applying this patch the proftpd server is more
strict with proftpd.conf syntax and crash on the second virtualhost entry.
So removing (after backup) the second virtualhost entry solved the problem.
