I always used "majorhelp", but all links to it appear to be dead.

I've got copies of the majorhelp.pl and majorhelp.html scripts (modified 
by me to use with one or more of my lists); let me know if you'd like 
me to send them to you offlist.

Since majordomo is meant to be run via email, and since the scripts send 
email commands to majordomo, any of them should work.
