I believe OE will do it, but they don't call it APOP. Microsoft Outlook
supports SSL. http://web.brandeis.edu/pages/view/Network/SecuringOutlook
has some info. You secure the entire connection in Outlook, not just the
passwords. Maybe that will work with APOP.
