Depending on the cmu version installed the cmu should do raq4r to raq4r
migrations.
'That was a older PDF made way back, when the raq's were new, and hitler was
a cadet.'
I beleve someone on the list rewrote the cmu program to go to a 550.

Did you run meta-verify?
if so check ownership, group and permissions on that v-domain's directories
and site/user quotas.

This below looks almost as bad as the crap mine spits out!

Is that the right cmu version/perl for the box? and your root su - level
right?
Never remember seeing the /source-server/ stuff in any paths. But I'm no
expert on cmu.
I think thats part of the cmu configuration the:
(Use of uninitialized value at /usr/cmu/perl/TreeXml.pm line 379.)
It looks like its outside of the cobalt "tree" for lack of a better term.
'/home/sites/site#'

Is it owned by the v-site/user group your exporting?

Could be cmu has been hosed by something. Try a reboot to see if it fixes
anything.
It could take a while for the reboot to fix. >20 minutes till live.
Or uninstall cmu and try loading a more current version of cmu.
Check for any kernel errors.
tail -200 /var/log/kernel
cat /var/log/kernel
and any other clues..
tail -200 /home/log/httpd/error
tail -200 /var/log/messages

Make sure the cmu is not overwriting any of the files it makes in /home/cmu
by deleting any old cmu's first
since it names them the same each time they are created. You are exporting
all or 1 domain?
