[cobalt-users] Stop Advertising Critical Running Services Versions {Scanned}

I'm trying to find out how and where I can go and change the response my
Raq4 gives to quaries about various services running. For example:

Apache gives all of this info FREE of charge to anyone who asks (Damn dumb
if you ask me):

Apache/1.3.20 Sun Cobalt (Unix) mod_ssl/2.8.4 OpenSSL/0.9.6b
mod_auth_pam_external/0.1 mod_perl/1.25

I want to stop Bind, apache, POP3 server, sendmail, ftp, ssh, etc.
