We've got it installed for several of our clients.
One one client, who blocked 2,492 pieces of spam yesterday (the last day
for which we have a complete maillog) has ORDB as his first block test,
so incoming email is checked against them first, before it's checked
against any other blocklist.
Of the total of 2,492 emails blocked, only 20 were blocked by ORDB, so
it blocks a very small percentage of the total blocked email.
It doesn't look too efficient to me, but if you subscribe to the "block
as much as you can" theory, then go ahead and use it.
