Many of us are slowly but surely leaving our RaQs for other solutions.
The main reason I wouldn't consider datapipe.com is you can only buy
their solution as a hosted solution; i.e., you can't put it on your own
server, you can't put the server in the data center of your choice.

The reason we went with this solution is that we were not ready to build
our own Unix/Linux web server but the RaQ3 was just running flat out and
I was constantly getting messages from the server that it was out of
memory, or the CPU was almost maxed out, it just could not handle the
load any more. We were already leasing the RaQ3 from datapipe, and the
new server was the same price and with the migration script being
available it seemed a good, quick solution to our problem. Ultimately we
will be building our own server and will likely build it around FreeBSD
and use the administration solution you mentioned, or one of the other
good ones out there. We just had to do something right away to alleviate
our current problems with the little RaQ3 that would work well until we
were ready to build our own.
