Has it actually been 3 years since the Borg ate Cobalt?
I wouldn't buy anything from SUN now if they gave it away.
The Cobalt product line has it's faults but nothing that couldn't be
fixed by common sense street-smart management decisions.
And the Raq2, Raq3 and Raq4 keep ticking...on and on...and probably will
continue to
do so long after the SUN sets....
[cut to destroyed bombed out city scene]
Smoke drifts through the air.
A soot and ash covered man, his clothes torn, his glasses broken
stumbles through the ruble towards
a mangled mish-mash of steel racks, file cabinets and desks.
A strange noise cuts through the eerie silence. An almost human and
most annoying whirring whiny noise...eereeer, eeereer.
He stumbles closer to the noise and knocks a ceiling panel out of
his way. And there it is. Flashing and winking strange green lights at
him,
grinding its hard drive and
it's puny little fan whining away.."Replace me, Replace me, Replace
me..again"
[1000 years later...cut to dense overgrown jungle scene at the opening
of a dark cave]
The monkeys never saw anything like it before. Inside the dark murky
cave a 40U Tower
of Blue Gods blinked out in green LED chorus...
"We are Cobalt...."
