in the RaQ edit /etc/inetd.conf and change
#login stream tcp nowait root /usr/sbin/tcpd in.rlogind
to
login stream tcp nowait root /usr/sbin/tcpd in.rlogind
killall -HUP inetd
btw... this is a bad idea, but i think you know that... have fun
