Even thoug all the scripts have the shebang when I use anything from
inside Apache beyond the name of a scipt in a url - I wind up with the
long Perl. Even the PerlRequire which points to a perlscript with
#!/usr/local/bin/perl at the top, I get message sayin it can't find
stuff in @INC and its path is all 5.6
PerlModule Apache::DBI
PerlRequire /usr/local/rt3/bin/webmux.pl
