[cobalt-users] Openwebmail filters

I would like to be able to create (or more precisely for users to be
able to specify the use of) Mail filters. I have both OpenWebMail and
SpamAssasin from nuonce.net. Spam is being flagged fine and at the
very least I would like mail flagged as Spam to go into a Spam folder
instead of delivery to the users inbox (~/mbox as set up here).

I have a set up in my .procmailrc that works fine but explaining
.procmailrc  or providing anything remotely complicated is not an
option.
