[cobalt-users] 550 to 550 migration nightmare

I need to move approx 180 sites, and 300-odd users
from one raq550 to another

I ran cmu 2.53 using raqbackup, but the import on the
new machine crashed in the final stages with checksum
errors (for some reason it was trying to read php
files from a site and throwing up checksum errors?
very odd) so some of the vsite files didn't get
restored properly, and there doesn't seem to be any
way of determining which sites didn't import properly.

The major problem is openwebmail. this puts a symlink
from mbox to saved-messages in the users mail folder,
but when the cmu runs it doesn't give the sites and
users the same number. There's got to be a better way
than changing 300 symlinks by hand. I tried
re-installing openwebmail, but the old symlinks stayed
as they were. The 550 directory structure doesn't
exactly lend itself to wilcard matching.

is there another way of moving 550 data to another
machine? what directories would have to be copied?

Any ideas would be appreciated
