[cobalt-users] Spamassassin unloading

Hi guys,
    I've done a bit of searching but couldn't find exactly what I'm looking
for.  I'm running a Raq 4 and installed mailscanner, spamassassin and f-prot
a few months ago.  Everything has been going very well except that
spamassassin stops working every now and then.  Mail still comes through,
but is not tagged as spam.  Sometimes it will work for weeks when fixed and
sometimes only for an hour.
    I followed the instructions found on nuonce.net and it went well.  I've
seen that some other people have this problem and just reload mailscanner
daily in the cron job.  I don't mind doing this, but would prefer to find
out a permanent fix for this problem.
