[cobalt-users] normal users changing their password

I'm sorry for , what I think is a very basic question, but what is the 
official (read via cobalt GUI) way for non site admin user to change 
their passwords.  I don't want to make regular users site admins just 
to change their password and these users really are not capable of 
dealing with a shell account, not that I would be willing to provide 
shell access anyway.

I looked through the Cobalt RaQ 4 user manual and through some of the 
archives, but I'm missing this one.

This is a RaQ 4i btw.
