[cobalt-users] Related to site transfer

Why we need the DNS change?

because i am keeping the ip of the domain same only changing the server for the
site..

when i changed the server from cobalt raq4r to raq3  i did not change any DNS
entries only i created the virtual domain at raq3 server . And it was coming
perfectly alright.

Now i removed the virtual domain from the raq3 server.. and created this site
as virtual host under a redhat server...

but when i am trying to check the site i am getting the cobalt default  page ..
So why the cobalt default page is coming? Because the first server where the
site originally
was - it is inactive now..  The second raq3 server where i created it second
time, i have removed the entry from there...Now i have created it in a redhat
server.. but why the cobalt default page is coming that is only my quieries. 
where i am missing ...
