Boot the Windows machine from the OS Restore CD, and proceed from there.
Directions are at

If you boot the OSRCD in a computer, directions will appear on screen
after you accept the license agreement.

OK Cool I have the windows machine booted although I think I am going to
need to go and buy one of the supported network cards. I have a
terminal connection from my desktop machine through Secure CRT
monitoring the progress of the RAQ 4, but it seems to keep looking for
the connection.
I am going to go and get a new network card that is in the supported
list but the question I do have is under the ROM menu, Lowlevel, cmos
what do you set the "btoip" to? I don't know what IP address the
windows machine with the OSRCD boots up as. And the RAQ4 keeps saying
the following:
Sending DHCP and RARP requests ...... timed out!
eth0: 0 multicast blocks dropped.
eth1: 0 multicast blocks dropped.
IP-Config: Retrying forever (NFS root)...
I want to thank everyone for their help otherwise I wouldn't even be
anywhere near this far.
