This was the first thing I tried - leaving these lines in.
When I removed these lines the script worked but with strange effects.
I have now got a partial solution:
By removing the AddHandler cgi-wrapper lines and modifying the test script
slightly it now works OK, however I have now lost the ability to place and
run cgi scripts within the web.
