[cobalt-users] sendmail block list question

I've been looking at using a block list and I'm looking at 
sbl.spamhaus.org and/or dynablock.easynet.nl. One question I have about 
this whole thing is regarding our home users. If a user tries to use us 
for their mail server from a home connection will they get blocked or 
will the POP-before-SMTP prevent this? I'm guessing that, from what I've 
read so far, if the block list comes after the popauth stuff in 
sendmail.cf it would be okay.
